How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
To cancel an order, please have your order number at hand and contact our Sales & Service Team toll free at 1-866-999-6928 or e-mail us as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to us according to our return policy.

What is your refund policy?
MyCuisina.com offers a 30-day Return policy. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your item, simply contact our Sales & Service Department for a return authorization number. Our trained Sales & Service Agents will guide you through the process. Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges or re-stocking fees, if applicable.

What is your warranty period?
If there is no supplier warranty then MyCuisina.com offers a 2 year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. The warranty will not be accepted on items that are malfunctioning or broken due to negligence.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded and your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be given within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

How long does it take to get my order?
MyCuisina.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay.

What if I don't get my order in the standard time frame?
If you don’t receive you order in the standard time frame then that could be because your order may not have been process properly. After clicking the “submit Order” button, you should receive a confirmation number. If you did not receive a confirmation number when submitting your order then it may have not been processed. Please contact our Sales & Service Department in order for us to help track your order.

Can I send someone gifts from MyCuisina.com?
Yes. Simply indicate the two addresses during the ordering process. Please note, if the shipping and billing addresses are different, your order may be temporarily delayed pending order and/or credit approval.
