If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase within its original packaging. Simply contact us with your order reference number and the item number(s) of the product(s) you wish to return and you will be given an authorization number. You may then return the product to us for a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All order details regarding your return request must be provided to us in advance, otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns that are sent to us without an authorization number will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Returns must be shipped via insured courier within the 30-day allowance.
Please note that refunds do not include shipping charges or re-stocking fees, if applicable. Please keep your tracking number for reference, which will allow us to trace the package in the rare case that it gets lost. Shipping and return postage are not refundable.
How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded and your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be given within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
What is your warranty period?
If there is no supplier warranty then MyCuisina.com offers a 2 year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. The warranty will not be accepted on items that are malfunctioning or broken due to negligence.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you notice that your order is damaged in any way or has been incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not throw away the product, packaging, or proof of delivery in order for us to replace the product.
