When will my order be shipped?
All orders from MyCuisina.com are processed within one to two business days and then are shipped to you according to your preferred shipping method.
All orders placed on Saturdays and National Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
What are my shipping options?
After your order has been processed it will be delivered fully insured via FedEx.
FedEx Ground | Delivered within 3-7 business days |
FedEx Express Saver | Delivered within 3 business days |
FedEx 2Day | Delivered within 2 business days |
FedEx Overnight | Delivered the next business day |
The shipping timeframes are calculated from the day that the package leaves our warehouse.
Orders over $99 that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay.
How is the shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option you choose, weight and destination. You can use our handy shipping calculator tool to find out shipping prices for individual items. The shipping calculator can be found on the item's details page.
Please note, some products require duty and tax to be paid when crossing the border. Mycuisina.com will cover the cost of duty on your order if necessary.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, you can ship your order to an address that is different from your billing address. Please note, if the shipping and billing addresses are different, your order may be temporarily delayed pending order and/or credit approval.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
Is it possible to return a product?
Here at MyCuisina.com, we guarantee your satisfaction! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase within its original packaging. Simply contact us with your order reference number and the item number(s) of the product(s) you wish to return and you will be given an authorization number. You may then return the product to us for a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All order details regarding your return request must be provided to us in advance, otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns that are sent to us without an authorization number will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Returns must be shipped via insured courier within the 30-day allowance. Shipping and return postage are not refundable.Please keep your tracking number for reference, which will allow us to trace the package in the rare case that it gets lost.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you notice that your order is damaged in any way or has been incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not throw away the product, packaging, or proof of delivery in order for us to replace the product.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please e-mail us and make sure to include your order number, or call 1-866-999-6928, as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can in order to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to MyCuisina.com according to our return policy. MyCuisina.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
